NewMediaPlus will establish its first retail location in Las Vegas, Nev., and intends to launch additional retail locations throughout the United States and beyond.

NewMediaPlus provides the highest level of customer service through One-on-One interaction with knowledgeable staff members, eliminating any intimidation. By working with each client individually, clients can visit a retail location without a website or a corporate identity and leave with a strong Internet presence, as well as a brand. Other services, such as printing and designing a presentation, also happen in real-time in front of a client or while they wait. NewMediaPlus understands that working with graphic designers and Web developers is incredibly challenging. Most work outside of normal business hours, they prefer to communicate via email and on their terms, they often make each project out to be more difficult than it really is, they rarely finish a project before an agreed-upon deadline, they have full control of the content and rarely provide clients with copies of their work, and they often simply disappear. NewMediaPlus' intent is to become a full partner with each client and alleviate all the typical problems that clients face. Clients can access their information and files by logging onto their NewMediaPlus accounts online or by visiting any retail location.
